  Animals are not allowed to enter barbershops for the practice of hairdressing.  WHO OR WHAT DOES THE PRACTICING?  THE ANIMAL OR THE BARBER??

     Hartford, CT  
It is illegal to educate dogs.  AND SOMETIMES WELL NIGH IMPOSSIBLE.

Wallace, ID
No person is allowed to sleep in a dog kennel.  EVEN IF THEIR WIVE ORDERS THEM TO DO SO.

     Oklahoma
   People who make "ugly faces" at dogs may be fined and/or jailed.  DOGS WHO MAKE UGLY FACES AT PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS LEGAL.

International Falls, MN
   Cats are forbidden from chasing dogs up telephone poles.

   If your pets share a meal, they must be given equal portions, or the owner will be fined up to €324 ($424).  TAKING HUMAN SOCIETY TO NEW LEVELS.

  Dogs are not allowed to “worry” squirrels in the public park next to the capitol.   WHAT IS THE PENALTY?  SHOULD THE DOG BE “WORRIED” IN RETURN?  HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A WORRIED SQUIRREL??

   Within the limits of any public park, it is unlawful to annoy the birds.

Spitting on a seagull is not tolerated.  AND DIFFICULT TO DO IN ANY CASE.

  Dogcatchers are prohibited from bothering cats while looking for wayward dogs.  HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

  It's against the law to teach a bear to wrestle.  INCLUDING ANY ARM HOLDS.

 You may not blow your nose outdoors, as it may scare a horse and cause it to panic.  AND YOU MAY NOT BLOW THE HORSE’S NOSE AS THAT MAY CAUSE YOU TO PANIC.
